Biography

PhD in Law from the University of the Basque Country and lecturer in the Department of Business Law at that university. Author of several books and dozens of articles and book chapters on pensions and their funding, working hours, trade unionism, and transnational companies. He has edited the University of the Basque Country journal Lan Harremanak (Labour Relations) for eight years.
