Biography

PhD in Economics. Lecturer at the University of the Basque Country in the Department of Applied Economics 1 since 1990. She teaches on the Labour Relations and Human Rights degree, as well as on the Master’s courses on Gender and Feminisms, Globalization and Development, and Human Rights and Employment Management. Research areas: poverty, the labour market, feminist economics and social protection. She was a member of the Basque Economic and Social Council between the year 2000 and 2010 and coordinated the Master’s in Human Resource Management and Employment run by the University of the Basque Country from 2012 to 2018.
