On June 17th, 2016, Adriana Rodriguez Salazar defended her doctoral thesis, supervised by Koldo Unceta, titled: “Teoría y práctica del Buen Vivir: orígenes, debates conceptuales, y conflictos sociales. El caso de Ecuador (Theory and practice of Good Living: origins, conceptual debates and social conflicts. The case of Ecuador)”. The thesis studies the theoretical and practical controversies on the notion of Good Living and its application in the Ecuatorian case. The thesis has been carried out in Hegoa, within the Doctoral Programme in Development Studies.
