Biography
PhD in Sociology with International Mention Cum Laude, Public University of Navarra. She is currently a beneficiary of the Basque Government's Postdoctoral Programme for the Improvement of Doctoral Research Staff.
Her main field of work is asylum and refuge, and the humanitarian management of international protection, analysing both the personal experiences of refugees and the legal structure surrounding their recognition. From recent research perspectives, she delves into decolonial theories and epistemologies of the south applied to the construction of the figure of the refugee.
