The thesis is centred on the analysis of two programmes of international mobility, through the Capability approach for Human Development, linked to university cooperation and managed by the Centre for Development Cooperation of the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV): “Meridies – Cooperación (Meridies – Cooperation)” and “Programa de Cooperación al Desarrollo (Development Cooperation Programme)”.
