Biography

Lecturer in the Department of Financial Economics 2 and member of the Hegoa Institute at the University of the Basque Country. Educated in Economics and Business Studies, later specializing (Master’s and doctorate) in matters related to International Development and Cooperation. Head of the research group on of International Development and Cooperation Policy Coherence (University of the Basque Country).

Chair of the Spanish Network of Development Studies between 2017 and 2020. Lines of research that include the Agenda 2030, the SDGs, decentralized cooperation policies and matters related to development funding, microfinance and ethical banking, and others.
