Biography

BA Hons in Development Studies and Spanish from the University of Sussex and MA in Globalisation and Development (UPV/EHU). She is currently carrying out her doctoral thesis in the PhD Programme in Development Studies. Her thesis looks at Iranian diaspora construction in Spain and the social, political and cultural links it maintains with Iran. It focuses on the narratives of first and second generation persons of Iranian descent.

Additionally, she coordinates the Online University-accredited MA in International Cooperation and Emancipatory Education, as well as the PhD Programme in Development Studies.
